Why we use house-made rosin over distillate:

Rosin is solventless, a.k.a. unprocessed and pure. Our extraction method uses a combination of below-volatalization heating & pressure to squeeze a resin from whole flower, preserving most of the cannabinoids, terpenes, and all the other beneficial chemical compounds natural to the plant.

This means clearer and stronger highs, therapeutic properties and flower-forward tastiness.

Conversely, solvent-based distillates used by today’s top edible manufacturers (Plus, Wyld, & Kiva) use the solvents butane or ethanol to isolate and concentrate usually just a single cannabinoid from from the biomass (i.e. stems and trim) of multiple contrasting plants into a tasteless, odorless crude oil.

This chemically processed oil is then recombined with natural and artificial flavorings and unfortunately lacks the numerous medicinal chemical compounds, such as the raw, acidic precursors of cannabinoids (e.g. THCa & CBDa), and numerous terpenes that have been proven to create an 'entourage effect' on the body—i.e. a positive physiological response in the endo-cannabinoid system.

In other words, our rosin has all the good stuff left in it, and leaves no risk of lingering toxic hydrocarbons often found in distillate.
