Description

Plum Miso Caramel was developed in collaboration with our friends at Acid Bakehouse to celebrate the opening of their new spot in Berlin. Drawing inspiration from their flakey, complex, miso plum Danish, we created a pale golden caramel using Aedan Country Miso paste and organic cane sugar. Paired with local Elephant Heart plums from Blossom Bluff Orchards, and bright hibiscus from Rose farm, the result is warm, fragrant, and mirrors the flavor of their signature pastry.
