Pluot and Saratoga Bay Leaf Delights were made in collaboration with June Taylor, a Berkeley-based jam-maker who has dedicated her life to the art of preserving. While we worked on the Delights in our kitchen, June created uninfused preserves with a mirroring recipe.

Both begin with garnet-colored Flavor King pluots from Blossom Bluff Orchard, picked at the beginning of their season as June prefers early-harvest fruit. Saratoga Bay Laurel is an aromatic compliment, more complex than Mediterranean Bay with a delicate flavor that is the perfect match for comforting vanilla bean and warming citrus.

You can now try this flavor profile in a bundle that includes a box of Delights and a 9 oz jar of June’s legendary fruit butter.
