Pluot Green Peppercorns were designed to highlight the best of San Francisco’s local market culture, created in collaboration with Executive Chef Joe Hou of Tenderheart Restaurant in the LINE hotel, San Francisco. Ripe, bright red pluots from Blossom Bluff Orchards lend a warm sweetness and acidic tang that compliments the botanical quality of Sonoma Hills Farms’ sun-grown flower. Chef Joe selected green Szechwan peppercorns to impart a floral, mouth-tinging bite.
