Rose Mole Madre Chocolate is made with 3550-day Mole Madre from the Pujol kitchen in Mexico City blended with 70% cacao and infused with 20 MG THC and local flower rosin.
Huerik Palos, Enrique Olvera’s pastry chef at Pujol, sourced the ingredients for our house-made chocolate bars from small suppliers in Mexico, bringing them to the Rose kitchen during an annual visit to San Francisco. For Mole Madre, we begin with Pujol’s signature, 22-ingredient mole, cooking it down into a rich paste before running it through a chocolate refiner with our 70% chocolate.
The result is a special occasion chocolate with warming spice and a silky, satisfying mouthfeel. This seasonal treat is made in small batches with limited availability.
