Our Seasonals Trio offers a few of our favorite recipes of the season in 5 MG, including Magical Grapes made with chef Virgilio Martinez, and chef Enrique Olvera’s Ojo Rojo and Ground Cherry Cola with fresh fruit from our garden. With ingredients like homemade cola, fermented jalapenos, and prized Shinano Smile grapes, these early Rose chef collaborations expanded our vision of what an edible could be, and continue to inspire the work we do on our farm and in our kitchen.
