This bar begins with sun-ripened Tiger figs from Rose Farm, hand-harvested and left to ripen before being puréed with a touch of salt. Broad fig leaves are toasted over an open flame until they release their oils and develop a creamy, coconut-like flavor, then infused into warm cocoa butter overnight.

Refined for over 12 hours, the resulting bar is luxuriously creamy, with rich fig notes that complement the bright fruitiness of our 70% La Rifa chocolate. Rose Farm Fig is a limited release, available only until the harvest runs out.

About Rose Chocolate

Handmade in small batches with limited, seasonal ingredients, 70% cacao, and house-pressed flower rosin.

Our custom cacao blend is made in collaboration with La Rifa, an artisanal chocolatería in Mexico City. Each bar is crafted from a diverse array of cacao cultivars from southeastern Mexico, resulting in complex flavor deeply rooted in its origin.

Crafted in our kitchen using traditional artisanal techniques.

Each unique recipe is refined for over six hours, blending in organic ingredients like heirloom bananas, Papantla vanilla, and Alexandre Family Farm kefir to create deep flavor, rich complexity, and an exceptionally smooth mouthfeel.
