Kiwi Oro Blanco was created by chef and author Natasha Pickowicz to showcase the unique flavor of California winter citrus. Whole Hayward fuzzy kiwis are pureed and strained, then blended with Oro Blanco grapefruit we juice in-house. The pale yellow variety from Bernard Ranch is naturally low in acid, with a rich sweetness that pairs beautifully with the clean, vegetal snap of fresh celery juice.
