Description

Cult-status Gravenstein apple cider made from fruit grown in Mendocino’s historic Anderson Valley. The 80-acre property belongs to the Pomo Tierra collective, established in 1971. Bob Bernstein, known as Bernie, is a member of the collective and has managed the orchard since the early 1970s. For this recipe, Bernie’s cider is blended with a tart and floral ume plum syrup from Oakland-based Yumé Boshi - winner of the 2018 good food awards. Finished with a fresh pressed ginger juice for a little touch of spice.

While the effects of THC are often noticeably altering, CBD works differently. CBD is another of the plant’s cannabinoids that stimulates different receptors in the endocannabinoid system. CBD does not have the same euphoric effect as THC. 

Delights are infused with hemp-derived CBD flower rosin that does contain a wide variety of cannabinoids native to the source plant. For this reason, depending on your system, you may experience some perceivable intoxication from the consumption of CBD Delights. We recommend you eat 1 Delight and wait at least two hours before taking another.

  • What is flower rosin?

    Rosin is an unprocessed and pure, full-spectrum extract mechanically pressed from the whole flower. The process is as pure and simple as placing the flower between two metal plates on a hydraulic press. The two plates lightly heat the flower and press down to squeeze a rich extract called “flower rosin” from the buds of the plant. Our rosin is pressed in our kitchen in San Francisco.

  • Who creates the recipes for Seasonal Delights?

    Seasonal Delights are collaborations between Rose and other chefs and/or creatives from around the world. Each seasonal recipe is cooked in the Rose kitchen by chef Joey Rachel and his team. Our latest recipes were created by Enrique Olvera, Dominique Crenn, Lexie Park, and Virgilio Martinez.

  • When will my order arrive?

    We ship directly from our facility on Monday through Friday. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from purchase date. Shipping dates vary by your location and delivery options.
